Using Conversational Interfaces to Engage with Consumers

Conversational interfaces–in the form of voice apps and chatbots–have quickly grown from shiny new toys into an important channel for engaging with consumers. But like many things in the digital space, while these tools provide exciting new opportunities, they also come with a new set of challenges. In this talk, we’ll look at when and why it might make sense to build a voice skill or chat bot, the opportunities and risks involved, and how to do it in a way that maintains your brand’s unique voice and personality.
