It’s hard to imagine, but another year is behind us. Wow, that went fast! As president, I’m so proud of the accomplishments we achieved as a club in 2017. Here are a few of my favorites.
- February: We kicked the new year off right with our annual “New Year, New Headshot” event where we were able to network, get a new headshot at an affordable cost, and eat some great Ian’s pizza. Our 2018 event is right around the corner, click here to learn more.
- April: Our ‘Women in Leadership’ Panel, gave us insights from our favorite #BOSSLADIES in town.
- June: We celebrated at our annual meeting and voted in our new board for the 2017-2018 year.
- August: Our annual Birthday Bash event, which involves networking, food and drinks, was again a huge success and a lot of fun.
- November: We sent our executive board the Ad 2 Annual Mid-Year Retreat in Minneapolis, Minn., where they brought back new ideas to engage our members for next year.
- December: We rounded out 2017 by partnering with local young professional organizations at the Flannel & Fizz Holiday Party.
We had a great year and want to thank our members for their continued support. As we look to 2018, we hope to bring new valuable resources, events and opportunities to our members.
